  • take the casino job.more job security.
  • casino. you can get tips. plus you can move around and do different jobs. like dealing. or security. i have a two day eleven dollar an hour job. its slave labor at best. I am switching to taxi driver, i expect to make thirty dollars an hour. its really hard work, but the results are high in the dollar value. If you just want some pin money, and dont have a desire to fill your wallet and pay off your credit cards. take the data entry job. you might burn out probably not with just three days.
  • Data entry will bring you $264 per week. What are the opportunities for advancement at each job? Will you like the hours/shift at the casino? What would you be HAPPY doing? I fyou love your job, you'll never work a day in your life.
  • Depends on the benefits. When I took my current job, full health care for my wife and I is about $30 a month. I took a pay cut for this job, but the average tenure in this company is about 15+ years. We have a lot of benefits that compensate for the pay cut.
  • the casino sounds more fun.you may even find some millionaire to sweep you away from it all.
  • Can you survive on 3 days a week? Also you don't say what the casino is offering?
  • Yea, I think that the casino job. I dunno if you can live off working 3 days a week at 11 dollars an hour. Plus, you may get tips working at a casino.
  • That really depends on you. If you are sick of the casino scene it probably won't work out good. But if you don't think you can handle working in an office then that won't work out either. The casino does have the potential to bring in a lot more money though.
  • I would not work in the "gaming" field, it is not for me. I would take the order entry job but try to get them up to 13 bucks an hour. If I was gonna go blind and my shoulders would hurt, I would need more money for medicine.
  • There's your answer. Making 7.50 per hour makes you 300 per month, only $51 more per week than what you are currently earning. If you only work 6 more hours at your current job, it will make you what you will make at the casino.
  • Me personally, I would go with the order entry job and just try to pull some overtime.
  • the casino sounds more fun kat
  • You will probably make more money in the casino but be forewarned: an exceptionally high percentage of dealers and casino people become broken people. The exposure to extravagant spending, drugs, alcohol, and prostition tends to eventually draw casino people in and .do great damage to their lives. I understand that is why there is a continuous need for those people because so many of them, in time, become unable to functional in their job.
