Have you been stung by a bee? What caused it to sting you?

You would have to ask that darn bee. I am allergic to sweat bees and I got stung on the back of my leg and you should have seen what it left in its wake it wasn't pretty!

I got stung by a bee when I was in the second grade by trying to brush it away as it flew by me. It was very painful and I had to go to the nurse's office.

Lots and lots of times...usually I stepped on them. It was very rare if one just came up and stung me.

Once I remember as I kid I lifted a old, rusted panel of steel to find a hive on the other side.

i think while i was standing in line when i was in 1st grade. my teacher carried me to the nurse's office and the whole class followed behind. cute

I went barefoot as a child during the summer. Thats the answer to why. I stepped on them.

A couple years ago I got stung on the toe and holy. my whole face swelled up and my throat consticted. That is when I found out I am allergic to the damn things. Now I have to pack benadyril with me. Ever seen that Martin Short movie when he got stung in the airplane?

I was stung twice two summers ago. I didn't even see the bee either time. Once I opened the shed door and got stung on the back/shoulder, and the other time I was filling the dog's outside water dish and got stung in the leg. Those are the only two times I'd ever been stung.

When I wa a kid, I tried to pick one up. I wasn't a very bright child. =P

Yeah, I was roller blading and it flew onto the tag of my skate he must have thought he was traped or somthing :o

I think they seek me out. I've been stung several times. First time I was a little kid. I was walking in my back yard and one flew by and stung me in the wrist - I still have the scar. I swelled up - damn painful! Another time one flew up and stung me on the back of the leg. Once I was singing for a wedding outdoors and one flew up under my skirt and stung me on the leg. The people felt so bad about it that they gave me a jar of homemade jelly. I picked up the jar and there was a bee under the rim of the jar and it stung me on the finger. That was not a good day!!
