I eat what I should for the most part. I am human and order the occasional pizza. My diet is very healthy.

Most of the time, what I want to eat and what I should eat coincide. I guess I'm one of the lucky ones who is a "natural-born" health nut (no pun intended).

A little of both. I make what I should eat, what I WANT to eat by making it tasty! I just eat the normal "wants" less, cause they're generally not healthy {smile}

i've been trying to go on a diet and exercise proply and stuff for over a year now .. and i used to try & try & try to eat what i should, not what i want. but i've only just got determined enough to eat what i should & exercise .. and it might seem hard, but trust me .. in the end it's sooooo worth it! you'll feel better, look better to yourself, and look better to other people! it makes life so much easier.

Right now I'm making an effort to eat what I should which includes eating 5 servings of fruits and vegetables every day and healthy low fat meals.

I eat what my body tells me to eat. I feel that putting something in my body that isn't good for it would be disrespectful. I only get one, I should take care of it!

Most of what I want to eat is what I should eat. I use positive psychosomatic factors in forming my tastes so that the more healthful something is, the better it tastes. E.g., I enjoy broccoli, other veggies, and fruit (tomatoes, cucumbers, etc) with curry sauce more than I do chocolate ice cream. I have a chocolate milk shake and a pizza about once a month.

It rather depends. Actually I eat what I want but when I feel that I should keep to a diet for a while or when having some problems with health, I just have to eat what is not tasty at all...

I don't get much sleep and always feel sick/tired, and have constant digestive issues, so I have no choice but to eat only what is very good for me, if I don't want to feel like crud... my body doesn't work like an eighteen-year-old's and it is depressing.

Both because I love the food that you should eat like green salads with tomatoes and cucumbers and meats that don't have hormones and antibiotics added to them. I also love snacking on celery sticks as opposed to a Snickers bar or a 3 Musketeers bar. Those candy bars leave a weird taste in my mouth like I just ate some artificial stuff because all the nougat is not made with all-natural ingredients. There are great tasting truly all-natural tortilla chips and salsa sold at Whole Foods and Trader Joes and Sprouts or any other health-food grocery store. I do sometimes eat Wendy's or Carl's Jr. food but I never eat their french fries or onion rings or huge burgers. I generally eat a baked potato and a green salad or chili or a jr. hamburger at Wendy's or I eat a steak sandwich (without the mayo and without the onion rings) at Carl's Jr. but I should only eat half a sandwich from Carl's Jr. because their portion sizes are huge. You could easily get fat eating a Carl's Jr. or Hardee's.

Basically, I eat only nutritionally sound food which is what I also want like an apple or a plum for a snack. I feel sick when I look at junk food or greasy food. But on speical occassions I do have some sweets, my weakness.

I eat only a healthy diet of fresh fruits and vegetables, whole grains, non-fat dairy products, lean chicken, and such. If I were to eat whatever I wanted I would weigh 150 lbs because what I really want is bakery products and sweets. Yet, I feel sooo much better on a healthy diet and weigh in at 115 lbs. In the old days once I ate left over birthday cake for breakfast and lunch to give you an idea! I don't like greasy/fried food so fast food is not even appealing to me but ah, a donut with sweet icing and I am in heaven!!!

you should eat what is healthy but sometimes it is nice to treat yourself to a nice unhealthy snack. you should do this once in a while.
