My sister has been in & out of the hospital for the last couple of months due to high liver enzymes, her skin was yellow, the whites of her eyes were yellow, even her urine was fluorescent yellow. They still don't know what's causing it, but they said it was some type of auto-immune disease that's attacking her liver. Sorry, I really didn't answer your question, but just to let you know (if it's you that has high liver enzymes) that you are not alone. Good luck with everything & I hope you feel better soon :)
