  • Really I didn't know that my fam and i don't usually eat until 10pm
  • Yes I do. I love cereal and fruit late at night .
  • I know you'r not suppose to but if I don't eat right before I got to bed I won't sleep. Kinda like putting a baby to bed :)
  • Sometimes but when I do I notice that I have really weird dreams or nightmares.
  • Yes, I do that almost everynight, having supper. Being a skinny man, this is a must.
  • I usually eat an entire digiorno pizza at around 3 a.m. every morning/night whatever. I'm 18 and I weigh 149 lbs. I can't keep this up though, or I'm on a one way trip to fatland.
  • If I eat past midnight I turn into a gremlin.
  • That whole "don't eat past a certain time" is retarded. I've thought about it, and all it is is basically just cutting off your calorie intake for a fake reason. But that's all it is CUTTING YOUR CALORIE INTAKE Healthy living is Excercise vs. Calorie intake Not when you eat.
  • Let's just say it is 12:43 a.m. and I just ate 3 sandy pecan cookies. I think anyone who can always eat before 6:00 p.m. would have to be skipping the last meal of the day on occasion. Who can always make it home from work, cook and eat before 6? It must be those soap opera, leave it to beaver, Mrs. Clever, cleaning house in heels and pearls, kinda moms.
  • Really, you should eat your latest meal/snack at best 2 hours before bedtime. But the "no food after 6 rule" is outdated. Most people don't go to bed before 10 pm. And most of us don't have the to-5 job that used to be common. And starving yourself won't make you lose weight (unless you're a teenager). Chances are high that your metabolism will go into sleep mode--while you're awake! And forget about big breakfast, medium lunch, small dinner. Most of us are too hungry by supper, to have a small one. And I'm sure others of you would feel the same why I'd feel with a big breakfast: bloated. Hard to believe, that used to be a rule too. But, so did having 6-8 servings of carbohydrates!
  • Can't eat after six? Who says? Why not? Screw that!
  • I eat when I'm hungry. I drink when I'm dry. And the moonshine won't kill me, I'll live till I die.
  • no I don't & the rule is not past 8PM.
  • Only if its icecream.
  • yeh because some nights i work late and dont get home till 10 pm
  • I eat when I feel like it, i've never heard that rule - my average dinner time would be about 8:30, so if that is a real rule I've alway broken it... I have been known to eat at very peculiar times, but that's just because I keep unusual hours...
  • So after 6 is consider the middle of the night? No, I don't think so. You should NOT eat 3 hours before bed.
  • I wanna know ur name...is that your pic, you are pretty, are you a model?
  • Dinner here is typically around 9:00 or 10:00 pm, so yes, I eat after 6:00!
  • The middle of the night is often the middle of my day. But, when it is actually the middle of the night for me, I have no hesitation whatsoever about eating. When I have trouble sleeping, eating helps me go to sleep. That's more important than gaining a little weight if it's true.
  • We try not to eat past 7PM and neither of us are the midnight snacker types. It just feels yucky to eat late.
  • I have a very bad habit of this...LOL.
  • Yes. I can't sleep if I'm hungry. If I do, I'd wake up very early in the morning.
  • It's not 6 p.m. It's less than two hours before you go to sleep.... and yes, I do this.
  • no, I don't and I have lost 25 pounds in the meantime. It is very unhealthy to do this and hard on the body.
  • Yeah, I'll have the occasional midnight snack. By the way, who says you shouldn't? Do you have a source I could look at?
  • I have no option but to eat at different times as I work shifts. Tonight, dinner was at 10pm, tomorrow it will be at about 6pm and on monday 1am.
  • Im not one for listening to other people's preferences, if someone tells me not to eat at a certain time then I will eat at that time just to spite them. Having rules on eating is just stupid to me.
  • I have occasionally woken up from a sound sleep starving and unable to go back to sleep until I did eat something! Damn diets get harder and harder the older you get, LOL!
  • We always have a late dinner.
  • If you're young and active, eat whenever you want. BUT, at some point in time it will catch up with you. Better to use some will power, eat proper meals at proper times and not immediately before bed.
