  • One day / ache at a time
  • look back at all the stupid things I did when I was a kid and go "oh thank god im past that stage" .. plus you get the bonus that people start to take you more seriously. i guess I deal with alot of things (including getting older) by trying to look at the positives of the situation. and hey if im getting older, then at least im not dead!
  • be in denial lol
  • Just be grateful for every new day.
  • i buy loads of anti ageing creams. nah, only jokin. spirituality, and philosophy help me. saying that im 19, hypothetically i won't be dead for ages.
  • It's just a number. I only THINK I'm "old" when I realize how long it's been since something happened... For example, while my kids are in their 20s, I only feel old when I THINK about them being in their 20s. (Make sense?) And also, when TV shows I used to watch all the time are mentioned that having been off their air for 20 years or me. Recently, news stories about Dawn Wells (Mary Ann - Gilligan's Island) mentioned her age as 69 years old! MAN do I feel old for a few seconds! LOL
  • i try to live the moment, never regret for any thing i have done, and try ro reach the peaceful situation with my soul
  • Apparently, by shaving my head before it has a chance to go bald naturally...
  • You must accept that you have no control over how old you are. Be content with what you have and who you are. Remember that the past is in the past and you can't change it. Do the things that you do because you believe you're right, not because other people pressured you into doing them. Accept your age.
  • lie about my age... ok, no not really. I look at younger people and think, "oh my god...they are so dumb, i'm glad i'm not that dumb" and that usually makes me feel better....or i think, "ha ha...i make more money than you....sucka" *im 25 so anyone younger than me is in college or high school
  • I don't
  • I accept my age, I never lie about it. I like who I am right now, if I have to age to like me, that is okay. But I did start dyeing my hair the second I first saw grey. I can accept being older, but there is no reason to look old if I don't have to.
  • With a pinch of philosophy and a dash of good humor..:)
  • Being a computer geekoid, I think of my age in base 16, in which case I'm still in my 30's. Or, alternatively, in base 8, in which case I'm in great shape for my 60's. . . (crickets chirping)
  • Give in to reality graciously!
  • think young, stay young, stay active and mingle with the young crowd.....age is just a number that people stereotypically use....hey, i know some young kids that act like they're 50 yrs old....and some 50 yr olds that act like high school kidz......LoLzzzz
  • I look forward to it. I look at it like this. In a few weeks I will be 46 so with each passing day I am one step closer to finally returning home to my father in Heaven and to the loving arms of my sweetheart who I am sure is patiently awaiting the day of my arrival in Heaven.
  • I don't have to deal with, I accept it! =)
  • Alcohol....it dulls the pain. Kidding...just keep working out as much as my body or mind allows
  • Ignore it. It'll go away.
  • I simply don't get older. Mind over matter. And drugs.
  • I deal with age like I deal with the sun coming up. I can't prevent either, so I just roll with it.
  • It's gonna happen no matter what I do, so I don't worry about it.
  • Not very well. =(
  • I handle my age gracefully then when someone asks me my age I say 21 HA!!HA!!HEE!HEE!last year my husband and kids gave me a B-Day party for my 49th and on the cake they put happy 21st B-Day My grandchildren said dang granny your old how funny I just love them.
  • Everything is an attitude of mind. You are healthy if you feel healthy, sick if you feel sick and older if you feel older. I'm 71 years old choronologically, which, when I think about my impressions as a youngster, is ancient. On the other hand I can still ski, play basketball, climb stairs, hike long distances, and do all the other things of daily living. And comfortably. I've met people half my age who I consider ancient. I've met people older than I who I consider youngsters (as I consider myself). So you are what you thing you are, well, sick, old or young. Your choice.
  • Not quietly...;)
  • I ignore it.
  • Just accept it like everything else in life that you can't control and workout every day until you drop;)
  • I just take it one day at a time. I just turned 61 on Saturday so I want to stick around for a while.
  • I hold on and enjoy the ride yo...
  • I don't.
  • Disgracefully.
  • I try to make worldly feelings feel irrelevant by always discipline my mind, bod and spirit and then challenging those discipline's.... In each specific area one can find an example of those three area's again, making a total of nine possibilities all together, to amuse myself with. And when I say spirit I mean Art, travel hobbies and not just specifically religion although not to exclude it etc..
  • "Live a lively life while you yet live, there will be plenty of time for rest in the grave." Viking proverb. "It is not the years that truly age us, it is the mileage." "I am already old enough to know well the games of life, yet still young enough to play them." "We do not stop playing because we grow old, rather we grow old because we stop playing."
  • I don't
  • I don't believe we deal with getting older, we just get older and then we find out. When we do we thank God for every new morning and every spring and summer we are allowed to witness. Regards.
  • Ya see it's like this, If you tell someone you are 62 and you'r really only 42 they will say damn they look good for there age! But if you tell them you'r 42 when you really are 62 They will say damn you look bad for you'r age. So the moral to all of this is just tell them the truth :)
  • Stay low and keep moving yo...
  • I have seen so many changes and I look at the young people and wonder what they would do if they knew what is in store for them. I was raised in a society with morals and ethics. Today these things are non existent. I wish I could be around 50 years from now. I know all of you young people are saying "Listen to that old man rant!". Remember me in 50 years if you are around. It isn't going to be pretty.
  • Not much I can do about it. I'm looking forward to how I will age.
  • Live life and dont look back
  • I WORKOUT AT THE GYM 3 DAYS A WEEK. THINK YOUNG MOTORCYCLE,ATV, JUST TRY YOUR BEST YOU HAVE.
  • I hold tight to the memories, I have shared with family and friends over the years. Also know angels are watching over me guiding the way. I laugh every chance I get, because it keeps me sane. My grandchildren touch mt heart and life, besides giving me so much joy. Like I said the angels are at work, always on duty, and they will lead me down the right path. I might be over the hill, but I'm picking up miles. Probably when I finally get my head together , my body will fall apart Ha!Ha! Age is just mind over matter. You don't mind, and it doesn't matter. I was born old, and getting younger daily.
