I made meatloaf and red mashed potatos last night for dinner. It is such a great comfort food. I mix apple butter and ketchup 3 to 1 and smear it over the top of the pones about fifteen minutes before the meat is done. Everyone who has eaten this has expressed that it is delicious and they cannot figure out what the flavor is. They are always surprised that it is apples.

I use 50% ground beef 25% ground pork 25% ground veal yummy ~_~

I add about 1 1/2 cups of beef bouillon (prepared) to 3 lbs of ground beef and puree it in the food processor before adding the bread crumbs and spices. It makes it nice and smooth.

Freshly grated Parmesan, from the block, not from the cardboard can! Half ground beef, half Italian sausage. Three eggs, and Chicken-In-A-Biskit crackers. MM-MM-MMMMMM!

Lipton onion soup mixed right in or cover the top in your favorite BBQ sauce before cooking it...Both give it a nice kick and lots of flavor.

I always put a bit of Frank's Red Hot or Chipotle Tabasco sauce in mine. Yum!!!
