  • If it came to that yes I would.
  • No, because I am not well trained in the use of the weapon. Therefore the chances are very great that I will do myself as much harm as any potential attacker. There's also the fact that the gun could get into the wrong hands, or be used against me, or could be part of an accidental shooting of a family member. All in all, to me, it adds up to a very bad decision to have it in the house.
  • No because if you happen to use that gun the fact that is is registered to someone else raises alot of eyebrows in court. Also most gun owners are amazingly ignorant of gun possesion laws. They mostly worry about hunting laws and transportation laws but in some places carrying a gun that is not yours is illegal not to mention you probably need a permit to carry it on your person. and you can't carry someone elses gun. before a person does find out your state and county laws for gun possesion.
