• Maybe its your eating habits? You never know but you might be eating more calories than you're burning?! bare in mind- even if you eat TONS of healthy food-- there is still calories in it! hope this helps

  • Meridia really worked for me. It supresses your appetite using serotonin (lack of it makes you crave carbs). It's pretty safe but available by prescription only here in Canada. If you pair that up with exercise, you'll get great results!
  • First of all, if you want to lose a lot of weight it's always best to consult a doctor first, they will be able to tell you whether there might be a hormonal or other problem contibuting to your weight, as well as give you some advice about eating and exercise habits. In some surgeries they will refer you to a professional dietician who'll help plan out an eating plan for you. (What you may consider a good weight loss diet might not always be the right thing for you.) If you're going to keep motivated you have to find a system that works for you. You will always need a bit of willpower, but you give yourself a far better fighting chance if you can use a diet plan that allows you to include foods that you like - even if only in moderation. If you're a big meat eater, for example, following a mostly vegetarian plan isn't going to work. the same goes for exercise - if going to the gym makes you feel like crap - don't go! Do something else instead - play a team sport, take up salsa dancing or hiking. Also - remember it isn't going to happen overnight. Weight loss is a long slog and you have to accept that - but it will be worth it in the end.
  • dont eat sweets sugar and sugary treets or pop ....ect and what i am doing is eat when ur hungry only!!if u can when ur eating eat half the your food or 75% of it dont eat deep fryed things or red meat stick to chicken fish ....tell me have u ever seen a 100 year old fat person? dont think so. so stik to it and when u have a craving always think "once on the lips forever on the hips" and imagin ur sexy ass in the future hehe gl ^_^
