nope its not too late troll :)

Yes. Never congratulate a bagger for getting married after they've divorced.
-
I don't think so. It may have slipped by before.
-
It's never too late to congratulate.
-
Yes...if they die and you never tell them, but under most circumstances no.
-
Not if you mean it sincerely, no. You might want to check with the person before you ask a question about him or her, though. For example, I really don't want to see another question on AB with my name in it, for any reason.
-
Never to late for anything to say, it's called speaking your mind.
-
Nah, I don't think it can ever be too late. A congrats is a congrats. Yeah, I'm too lazy to type the whole word out. Anyway, what're you congratulating me for? {JK :-) }
-
No, never. And I would like to congratulate LANGIE for his survival through the vicissitudes of the internet breakdown he suffered and survived. Crawling, unarmed, through the underground of London, unmentionable horribleness confronting him constantly....emerging once again!...whole! And the first thing he thinks of is...."I must contact AB friends. They must know I am Roger-Wilco! I am...Cheerio!"
-
No way! Congrats is always in order!
-
You mean a belated congratulations kind of a thing? I guess not.

It is never too late to give someone recognition for an accomplishment. Things get so crazy sometimes that it's hard to keep up with all the great members who have achieved new levels or who had a birthday or some other significant event in their life.
