For the most part yes. Everyone has at some point.

Blind people don't judge by appearances, but maybe they should. Judging by appearance is the fastest, easiest, and sometimes a pretty darn accurate way to form a first impression. Our senses are really the only way we get to know others. But what really matters is what you do after you have that first impression. Do you stop gathering information to form a more complete judgement? If so, you will absolutely miss out on the cream of humanity, which, contrary to what you might think from your experience with milk, is not found on the surface of a person.
-
At first they do.

Yes. Whether they should or not is a whole different question as appearances can often be deceptive. I think most people judge somewhat on appearance but a sensible person will take time to know someone too.

Fortunately.

Of course they do.

Unfortunately.

Its a shame but that is human nature. We all do whether we know it or not.

Yes.

I believe most do, yes

The way that I see it, when people meet they judge the other on appearance like 90% of the time... but once you get to know those people the percentage goes down in appearance and up in personality, sometimes drastically.

Yes.
-
yes they do

Yes, and I choose to look like a bag lady half the time just for that reason. If people want a great friend...that would be me, however you have to get past my look.

Simply put, yes they absolutely do. I personally try to look past it, even when someone is "attractive" I try to look past it. I am always looking for that tiny little shred of substance deep down inside mostly everyone.
