That is the definition of insanity. Of course I do.

Yes. I clean my home over and over hoping that it will stay clean. Alas, I'm proven wrong each time. Should I just give up?

LOL Very clever question... + points! But seriously, I DO do the same thing and expect different results. I always wait til the last minute to do something for work/school, then I wonder why it sucks. I don't workout as often as I did back in the day and then I wonder I'm putting on the extra pounds. I don't talk to enough good guys and then I wonder why I don't have a bf. Yup, I just proved my own insanity... lol

I will look in the refrigerator for something to eat, go look through the cupboards, then go BACK to the refrigerator and look to see if it changed. No luck.

Yes, the definition of insanity. Well, as of late I've been having a terrible time sleeping. I finally made an appointment at a sleep clinic, but until I did I just kept laying down every night, trying to force myself to sleep. Surprise, surprise! It didn't work. But a part of me kept thinking that I could make the problem go away. grrrrrrr

Einstein had a quote that went something like: Doing the same thing over and over and ecpecting different results is insanity".

Yep....drink....same result every time...go figure:)

Keep repeating the same action, the result will change all you have to do is believe it will and it will eventually.
-
Performing the same actions over and over expecting different results is insane, I cannot think of anything more insane.
