  • I think it's an overgeneralization, but MOST people tend to form habits within 14 days and it takes twice as long to break the habit.
  • The magic number by so called experts say, that if you don't do a habit for 21 days straight, you have a good chance of never doing it again. I think the 21 days is realistic especially if you are accountable to someone 24 hours per day.
  • Everyone is different but maybe for minimal bad habits but years and maybe never for severe habits like(drugs/drinking/smoking and many others
