I was the Georgia State Academic Decathlon Gold medalist in math my senior year (1988). I went on to a great career doing nothing with math beyond high school other than some statistics classes in my MBA program.
-
Actually I was good at solving mere equations (x + y = z, for example). But I sucked at the application problems, like, how many size X boxes could be made out of a size Y material.
-
extremely well.
-
Not bad but i wasn't really good at it either.
-
Badly. I just had no interest. I spent my time in math class finishing up my english homework and writing poetry.

I never had to take any math classes in High School. In my junior high I was able to get ahead and had done geometry and algebra early so they let me do trig and calculus and so they didn't think I needed it. But now I wish I had so I would have been 'active' in math for a bit longer and maybe i would have retained it better.

Highly variable. I often got the correct answers but because I either failed to show my work or (more often) arrived at the answer by non-sanctioned means I tended to get poor grades.
-
Not bad in high school- but really inconsistent in my college.I always get the weirdest answers you can ever imagine!
-
I'm still in high school and I'm not good at high school level math at all. :( I need a tutor or something.
-
I sucked at math since the 1st grade up to and past high school.

I'm really bad at math in high school...except for geometry. I liked it more than algebra I and algebra II.
-
really bad. lol
-
I really enjoyed math, it was one of my best subjects.
-
Im not very good at math.
-
A/B average, but I didn't always do my homework or the projects...(had Honors math and College prep courses).
-
I had a D in Algebra II and a low C- the second semester. That was the highest math class I took in high school. Then when I took the SATs it wasn't a suprise that I ended with a 390/800
-
Math was never kind to me, in high school or college!!!
-
I do really well in math and I like it :) that's why I'm looking at all the math questions right now.
