I particularly hate acoustic versions of previously recorded electric rock songs. Anything with unplugged in the title is dross to me. I don't cotton much to remakes of classics, especially by a cover hog. Some concert versions of hit songs by their original artists are OK, as long as the song's energy is not purposefully muted.
