In fact, my heart gets pumping too quick, I get heartburns and shaky whenever I drink some... It's not good for me :(

Actually just the opposite. I get a headache if I do drink coffee.

No, not really. We drink half caffeine/half decaf. I do feel incomplete if i don't drink at least 2 cups each morning.

Caffeine withdrawl. I have never experienced it. I used to drink a LOT of coffee, and just stopped with no effect. But I know people that do have that problem.

I don't drink a lot of coffee because it seems to go right through me. LoL. But if a person gets a headache from not drinking their morning coffee is usually is because you aren't getting that caffiene.

yes I do, and if I don't the same amount if not more in a day I will get a headache also. it's not the coffee its the caffeine that your body wants.. If you try giving up caffeine your whole body will hurt.. and you will get the worst headache you ever had!

Not anymore. That's caffeine withdrawal. You're supposed to wean yourself off caffeine gradually. Then you avoid the headache.
