  • Lowes....I will always shop at Home Depot from now on.
  • Verizon and Bank of America. I hate them both.
  • TGI Fridays and Denny's. TGI they forgot about us when we ordered and Denny's it took 30 minutes for our food to come to us, (fries and a milkshake). It wasn't busy at all.
  • Banks, they suck!!
  • Cable TV. No other business is even close.
  • Walmart, it's the door greeter here that is rude, I called and complained on him and everything because one time it was raining and he kept giving me a wet cart twice in a row and I wantd to put my daughter in it and after I gave him the second one back I said this ones wet too and he said WELL ITS RAINING OUT SIDE WHAT DO U EXPECT THEY ARE ALL GOING TO BE WET! He said it so mean I turned around to walk out
  • AOL..back when we once used their free service. And Cingular overcharged me on my bill 2 months in a row once.
  • pizza hut, pizza hut and pizza hut. they seem to feel they can ignore me, serve people who arrived AFTER me and then not even smile (i'm all about the smiling like). apart from that I do love pizza hut though....

  • By far Home Depot and K Mart. You can never find someone to help when you need it. They are often out of advertised sales items the same day they go on sale. When you do manage to find help they act like it is the last thing they want to be doing.
  • Best Buy! And the now happily defunct Home Quarters (like Home Depot)! I curse them still!
  • Until about a month ago, I would have said Best "not" Buy, now the honor goes to AT&T.

  • CAPITAL ONE!!!!! They advertise that they will give you a 0% interest card, with execellent credit (which I have) for balance transfers. Then they deny the balance transfer and issue a card with a $200.00 credit limit. The no fees no longer applies. Then you get a bill for 59.00 for credit protection through Capital One, which you did not order. The billing has no account number on it. I called to get the card cancelled and they said that until the card was paid they would not cancel it. I had to call the credit protection number to get that cancelled first. The credit protection said they would not negate the charge until they located the account. I have to either: 1. pay the bill so I can cancel the card or 2. not pay the bill and have it reflect on my credit. In the mean time they can continue to bill the account every month until I get the card cancelled. NEVER DEAL WITH CAPITAL ONE.
  • Hands down, that would be WalMart. I refuse to shop at Wal-Marts anymore for anything. There are always 40 checkouts and three cashiers at any given time. You always have to wait, the cashiers are rude, surly, and anything but helpful.
  • A small restaurant pub in my neighborhood. The menu had obscure names for the dishes and when we asked what they are the owner told us she didn't have time to explain everything. We would know if we ordered it. Angered, I left and she charged us double for the tab. Needless to say, I haven't been there again. I'm surprised she is still in business. Maybe some people like being abused.

  • Al Italia, nightmare. Save yourself the trouble and fly with someone else - anyone else. A home-made flying machine would be better!

  • WELLS FARGO! I hate banks. After 10 years with Wells I was still treated like they didn't know me, they wouldn't help me with a minor problem. It would have been so easy for them, but they just didn't care about my business.

  • VONAGE times a million! You try to get rid of them what do they do? Make you hold on the line for 20 damn minutes until some guy picks up that doesn't even speak english and your trying to talk to them and after all that time you find out your in the wrong department, he transfers you then you do it all over again. Then they start saying "NO NO NO DON'T CANCEL OUR SERVICE, PLEASE! MY KIDS WILL STARVE! WE WILL HAVE TO EAT CARDBOARD BOXES FOR THE NEXT WEEK" and they keep harassing you and harassing you then MAYBE if your nice to them they will eventually maybe CONSIDER taking you off their list and after the smoke clears............they tell you to have a nice day! AAAAAAAAAAAH
  • Hands down, AT&T. I signed up with AT&T@Home back in 2000 when they were fairly new to my area. I stayed with them for one year. They REALLY set me off! Tech support, which was outsourced, was very incompetent. I wrote complaints to their customer care address. Rarely answered. They boasted answers within 24 hours, and after my complaint, they removed the time frame. I was shut off once because they lost my payment, then miraculously found it. As a final resort, I wrote to AT&T corporate, told them how bad their service was, and asked if there was anything they would do to keep my business. NO RESPONSE. I terminated them in 2001. A year later some lady called me about AT&T long distance, and I REAMED her. AT&T: YOU SUCK! I mean you REALLY SUCK! Burn in hell.
