    G'day Anonymous, Thank you for your question. James Buchanan, the fifteenth President never married with his niece Harriet Lane performing the duties as first lady. Buchanan was engaged once but it fell through. Presidents Tyler and Cleveland married while President. I have attached sources for your reference.
