I'd vote for him, I doubt he would be taken seriously.
-
Steven Colbert is America.
-
no
-
Actually he makes as much sense or more as some of the dudes that are already running, so I'd consider it. It would definately be fun.
-
Yes, after I nominate Bill Maher for the other Party!+
-
Absolutely. He's a good speaker, he's intelligent, he's not afraid to speak his mind.
-
As I said in a similar question, I will not be old enough to vote in 2008. But if I was old enough to vote then, I would definitely vote for him. He is the god of politics.
-
did you notice? he's a hero. personal
-
Heck yeah I would. The Satire alone would be worth it.
-
He'd be the first candidate I liked in years
-
You Betcha!
-
I like the dude. Sure...
-
yes.
-
Yes I would!
-
I think his reputation proceeds him- in which case making it nearly impossble for people to take him seriously- but I love Colbert!
-
I would, but I'm not a resident of South Carolina. :(
-
Have you read the news lately? Anyway, he's too sarcastic for me for Pres. He can't get my vote on the issues.
-
Honestly yes.
-
The office of President is not ready for a guy like Colbert. I hope Ron Paul wins and puts Colbert in his cabinet :)
-
I think the satire alone would be worth it.
-
He's extremely intelligent and has a fantastic sense of humor..two qualities sadly lacking in "the decider"..for that alone I'd like to see what he could do. :)
-
I could not see why not.He has no agenda or lobbyists at his heels. He know about as much about politics as all the other politicians know.He is not a lying lawyer ,which is a bonus.
-
I would vote him president of the world ........ isn't that really what we're voting for here people. C'mon join the front of the nation, become members of the Colbert candidacy when the next president is impeached.

Steven Colbert was ranked 5th in a poll — a NATIONAL poll — of Democratic presidential contenders. Ahead of Bill Richardson. haha, and he was ALSO like 12th on the list of Republican candidates. soooo funny.
