everyday..100 is great as long as you are healthy until the end.

Everyday, I go to the gym at least 3 days a week for curcuit training (about2 hours) and swimming and I also take dancercise and other classes. I do not eat as healthily as I should but do take vitamins and minerals to counteract the lack in my diet.

I don't. I will be happy to live until age 65

Every day when I get on that *(#)##^%#( treadmill. When I was a kid I thought I was immortal and now that I'm old I realize I'm only going to live to 98 ;o)

Well, my genetics dictate that I have a good shot at 100... but if I die younger, it will likely be due to cancer, which isn't really something that's all that avoidable. So I stay healthy, but I don't really worry about it much. I'd rather enjoy 99 years than live to 100 and miss out on so much.

Every time I put food in my mouth. ;)

As health "issues" rear their ugly heads....

Every single day for the last 3 1/2 years when I started Weight Watchers. I was overweight, had high bp/cholesterol...and had a family history of the same. and also family history of cancer. and I was only 40. I looked and felt like crap. I've now lost 76 lbs and have normal bp/cholesterol and feel and look a lot younger. you're never too old to start taking care of yourself, but the younger you start, the better!

Pretty much never, besides buckling up and not cliff-diving. And I'm getting a helmet for my new motorcycle. But those aren't "healthy" choices, just sensible ones. (Not that there's anything wrong with cliff-diving or riding without a helmet, but I can't dive pretty much at all, and I'm a new rider.)

I'm a very health conscious vegetarian, been that way since childhood. I do everything to remain healthy and strong; hopefully I will stay that way for my lifetime.

I used to do that. Now, after seeing my father go senile for the last 5 of his 90 years, I don't really care to promote my longevity if I lose my mind like he did. 3/9/23
