go to a drug mart but a whipped cream DISPENCER (around 40-50$) buy a pack of whipped cream chargers(make sure its whipped cream chargers not soda chargers, soda chargers only have compressed air in them) empty the charger into the whipped cream dispencer using the instructions. then finally, put a balloon around the nozzle, empty the nitrous into the balloon, inhale, enjoy.

mushroom Soda chargers are actually CO2. Cream chargers are N2O. "Canned air" dusters are actually refrigerant gas, not air. I would not recommend snorting any of these.
