Did you wash the pepper first? I wash my fruit and veggies with diluted apple cider vinegar to remove the pesticides and kill bacteria. If this still happens after washing it you could eat it with foods that normally constipated you. Suggestions: banana, cheese, peanut butter, white bread, white rice
