It would not allow microbes to build up an immunity and it would degrade quickly so it could not be transported to a sewage treatment plant and disrupt the positive micobial actions that degrade our waste. One actually exists - bleach. Much of what I have heard about other microbial agents makes me think that they are quite dangerous to have in our environment.
