Yes. I've seen chinese people struggling at an american restaurant.

My grandma came from japan... She was born and raised there... well she was japanese... but she would have chopsticks and forks, spoons and knives... I grew up using chopsticks a lot and my grandma would use forks more than anyone else... She would only use chopsticks with her sushi... I have the same in my house now... I have chopsticks and forks, spoons and knives... I like them all...
