i would say 5
-
on a scale of 1-10? That are just two possibilities!
-
I am almost a 1...I'm really brand new to computers. Thankfully my son is a 10 and is patient with me.
-
I'd say 7-8 range
-
7-8, I'm no where near the best, but i would like to think I know my stuff.
-
9-10 - my career was in I.T.
-
About a 5. I know basic html coding so I can work on webbies and get around the fun internet sites. I can get around my cpus files easily and locate what I need. I'm also good with Mword. I know how to clean up my computer of programs and some bugs (when I run something to detect them at start up) I still need my mom to teach me to use our anti-virus programs though. There is still so so much I need to learn; but I can funtion :)
-
1 the computer is a huge mystery to me
-
Probably 9. I've been fiddling with computers since the 70s, and there's little I haven't learned to do with them. My friends and co-workers get the added bonus of getting their tech problems solved for free. :)
-
Probably an 8 :]
-
It depends is your scale in Binary or Decimal. If binary I say 10 other wise decimal I would be a 9. Career is IT and 9 only because new stuff is always coming out that I have to learn about.
-
I'd give myself a 5, but my coworkers think I'm at least a 9! That's only because I know where to kick the copier!
-
im a 3 but then im blonde... and grey
-
Computers are a relative weakpoint of mine mostly because I don't consider it worthwhile to abandon all semblance of a life to maintain the edge I used to have. I can build my own box from components, troubleshoot it when it doesn't POST, and make it dual-boot Linux (usually) but anything tricky is beyond me. As for other tech, I am intuitive. I lack actual skill in many areas but you would never guess from my knack of operating and repairing damn near anything. I am proficient yet not actually savvy. Overall, I would say a 6 though most who know me would put me at at least 8.5.
-
yea i would have to say i am a 9 or so...there's always new things comming out and its alwayz hard to play keep ut and all but i'm majering in computer engineering ....
-
I would say probably a 6.5. I can solve a lot of problems, but there are still a lot of problems I'd be clueless about.
-
i'm working on getting up to 1.
-
compared to most people... probably about a 7.
-
Id say a 7.5.....
-
im gonna downgrade my score here so i am not bragging to 11.
-
There are days I can even turn the computer on by myself and others I just leave it off. I would say a 7 overall but there is a huge gap between seven and eight :) those 8's and above are pretty dang smart.
-
sorry but I dont operate on a powers of 10, only powers of 2 and root. If you didnt get that then dont worry it just means I know way too damn much :P
-
00001001 For all those who cannot read 8-bit binary that is a 9.
-
I'm a high school dropout that has a small electronics repair business. Everything I know I had to learn on my own. I never had any money, until now, to go to school.
-
8.5
-
100 (in binary)
-
7ish lol 10 hardware wise :P
-
About an 8 I'd have to read up on how to assemble my own custom machine if I bought components, but once its running I can handle just about everything it throws at me
