    Because Hillary wasn't president. And her server problem was a mistake but it wasn't intentional theft for her personal use like Trump did.

    Because the pertinent info was held on a server of a private company. Investigators did get supina that company, did get access to that server and did, in fact, find the evidence that Hilly was sending (supposedly) secure government e-mails using that non-secure non-government server. *** In other words: the primary source of evidence for that fiasco was not at her home. It was the e-mail records that were kept on that server.

      What "government property" did he "theft"? Hillary conducting government business on unsecured personal phones - against government policy that prohibits it? What would have had to do...hold a gun to their head before you'd call it "theft"? Trump never "thefted" anything. As President, he had a right to every record he took - and he had the right to de-classify anything he wanted. Take a look at Obama and the mountains of records he absconded with (at least 10 times more than Trump). You wanna talk about that? What about spying on political opponents? Obama, Hillary, and their politicized justice department did just that the entire time Trump was in office - and are still doing it a year-and-a-half after he leaves office. You need a sense of reality, dude.

    There was no evidence that she created a crime. They have tried to get her for over 30 years so I guess there is little evidence on any thing wrong doing.

      1465 do you have any evidence she killed anyone? there is more evidence for a Flat Earth than there is for Hillary killing someone. lol
