    Sort of. When there is an attractive lady I look at her pretty eyes if I am at the correct angle. I am aware of people when I’m in public so I can be observant of others when they are talking to someone so as I know if they are friendly or not.

    It's hard to interact with people unless you know a little something about them. Observing (not "watching") people allows you to do this.

      I agree observing, but we (UK) call it people watching, we know exactly what that means.

      Yeah, there are some interesting linguistic differences, to be sure.
