  • My first thought would be to contact the motor carrier, not jump on AB and ask other people what I should do.

      I’ve got nowhere with either company. Everyone is just ignoring my request for a refund. I was looking for help, not sarcasm. But thanks.

      If you're just asking for a refund, then it stands to reason that you got your car. So what's the big deal? Are you worse off financially, or are you just looking for a refund so that you don't have to pay for their services? Where was the car supposed to go?
  • Call the transport company. Who's mistake was it? Yours or theirs?
