  • Well I do like Lunch Meat Sandwiches
  • I assume you mean: deli meat sandwiches and not: luncheon loaf sandwiches. {{ https://www.bing.com/images/search?view=detailV2&ccid=Asi8nWK2&id=70DEE6327C7FB30000594353A47CF6CB27232953&thid=OIP.Asi8nWK2nTWW6fOdhRUPiwAAAA&mediaurl=https%3a%2f%2fwww.innit.com%2fpublic%2fproducts%2fimages%2f00044700011447-jvKtAiyAbze2IQ-0_s500.jpg&cdnurl=https%3a%2f%2fth.bing.com%2fth%2fid%2fR.02c8bc9d62b69d3596e9f39d85150f8b%3frik%3dUykjJ8v2fKRTQw%26pid%3dImgRaw%26r%3d0&exph=489&expw=437&q=luncheon+loaf&simid=607992821962903947&FORM=IRPRST&ck=0564D022318599CA9C17C7511DB00CF5&selectedIndex=0&idpp=overlayview&ajaxhist=0&ajaxserp=0 }} I am NOT a big fan of luncheon loaf. I AM a fan of deli meats, especially roast beef, chicken breast, ham and a few others. However: because of the expense and the relatively low quality of the flavor compared to what I cook myself, I hardly ever eat such sandwiches. Instead: I'll roast chicken breasts myself, or cook a ham myself, or whatever, and use that in sandwiches.

  • I do like some lunch meat. And they are very easy, convenient, don't heat up the kitchen and not much to clean up after, but I try to avoid them. "N-nitroso compounds are cancer-causing substances believed to be responsible for some of the adverse effects of processed meat consumption. They are formed from nitrite (sodium nitrite) that is added to processed meat products."https://www.healthline.com/nutrition/why-processed-meat-is-bad#:~:text=Nitrite%2C%20N%2DNitroso%20Compounds%20and,added%20to%20processed%20meat%20products.
