• I remember as a very young child a scene from a TV show that I loved, when a built-in swimming pool slid aside and a rocket ship would launch up through the opening. *** I could never remember the name of the show. I could only remember that one scene, a scene that I thought was super-cool when I was very young. *** I accidentally stumbled across it on the internet a few years ago. It was the Thunderbirds. (Great show, BTW. British. All puppets. Great writing. Super-cool heavy equipment with the addition of rockets and jets, which things of course I fell in love with as a young boy in the 60s.) *** Then they did a remake for Saturday morning TV. Great remake.
  • Every bad decision that I have made in the past is like a hand grenade to my present. ( an analogy not for real)
