  • You'd lose your case. You'd be wasting your money. #1 - The kind of promises politicians make in speeches are not contractual in nature and are not subject to the "breach of contract" type of lawsuits. #2 - Likewise, "putting America in Hell" - I must point out, a very, VERY subjective determination - is not against the law unless there was INTENT to do that For example: intentionally betraying the nation to a horrible fate, intending that the fate be horrible, could be considered treason. Being an idiot and thereby unintentionally causing the nation to suffer a horrible fate would likely NOT be considered treason. #3 - You might try suing for financial or property damages, IF you can show that they were caused DIRECTLY by Biden's policies and NOT by - say - Congressional vote...but you are not likely to succeed in that type of suit, either.
