You mean like the Winston Wolfe fixer character in pulp fiction? No I dont personally have or need one but my country is in dire need of a whole plane load of fixer men to fly to DC & start repairing all of the damage bumbling Biden has done in just the past 10 months.

so far I've been relying on writing letters to the company and people involved. It's hard to ignore written correspondence. It's a hard copy. And I save all my correspondence.
