The media you list should be prosecuted for their irresponsible behavior. While the first amendment does give protections to the press, those protections are commensurate with responsible behavior. Using the same logic, "freedom of speech" should protect anyone and everyone for whatever they say. But such offenses as slander and libel can be levied against someone who abuses his right to free speech. By the same token, the media, being in a position of influence, should be held to a higher standard of responsibility. To lie, hold biased opinions to the detriment of the people of this nation, and promote violence is nothing less than treasonous behavior and should be punished.

The only thing that the voter ID law does is require the same ID to vote as is required to buy cigarettes. No one is "suppressing" anyone. No. It's. Not. They're all reading from the same script. FOX News does manage to tell the truth once in a while, but they have to stay in line with the others or risk losing viewers - which goes to show that ALL of the news media care more for the ratings than accuracy.
