People "act racist" because they ARE racist. It's that simple. If you are asking why some people are racists, the answer is, fundamentally, ignorance and lack of experience with people unlike themselves.

mostly they have hate for others thats different to them or simply scared the different ones will take over their country with their life styles ....i dont know as im not racist..if a person is a decent human ,i like them

First, you have to define "racist". The word is being used today as a "catch-all" derogatory term that people (usually Leftists) use to criticize those who don't conform to their own way of thinking. Aside from that, racism isn't as much of an issue as most people are led to believe. Racism starts in the mind of the racist - people who feel inadequate in their own lives and hold contempt for what they perceive is persecution based on the color of their skin. There is no such thing as "White Supremacy" - it's just a term created by Black Lives Matter to justify their own racism - you can't protest anything unless you have something to oppose.

Usually life experience is what causes racism. We all learn our prejudices from something.
