Sizzler. I like my steaks well done and they burned it. there's about a 1 minute window between medium and well done and they missed it. the chain is defunct--deservedly! 😕

When Chick-fil-aye opened I got a chicken sandwich and threw up from it for 2 days. I'm not eating there again, but it has been crossing my mind to give them another chance.

I think it was just that location. The other ones are very likely different. Badly managed probably.
