  • I'm weaning myself from meat due to mild heart failure. The cost is another good incentive to quit meat! But also the reason I still eat what I have! haha. I still eat tuna, but I'm not buying meat now. I'm buying beans grains and seeds for protein now, and trying tofu and other new meals I didn't eat in the past. Do you eat meat? Do you have any suggestions for vegetarian dishes?

My cardio oncologist said fish and chicken is o.k. and then prescribed fish oil.
  • I have been following a mostly vegetarian diet for the past few years. However, I eat meat a few times each month, usually in the form of beef or pork jerky.

  • I like meat but it's kinda expensive so I really only eat it about a few times a week.
