Nope. That's toxic and I'm not new to this relationship stuff. I don't tolerate abusive and controlling behaviors. And I'm allowed to have privacy. However, I do tend to do things like leave myself logged in, or let him use my phone or respond to texts if my hands are all tied up since I'm not shady

I don't think I'd give up my social medial accounts because that's how I stay in touch with extended family. But after watching The Social Dilemma I understand that it can cause problems, especially with kids. If I had a partner I would be sensitive to their concerns and I'd be willing to discuss it. I don't have a problem giving them access to my accounts if I were serious about them as a partner.

No, but I don't have any social media accounts, because I value my privacy, it is just a matter of preference, I have thought about, during the covid crisis, but I can just pick up the phone and chat to whoever I want to talk to. My family send me photos via email.
