Why can't I sync my computer clock? Press Windows key+I to open Settings and go to Time & Language > Date & Time. Make sure that Set the time automatically is enabled here. If time is not syncing, scroll a little to click on the Sync button to do so manually. Check the last time it was synced as well.

Linda Joy I did it gave me a message that it failed to sync, that's why I asked the question. My clock is 5 min fast. Thank you, though. I appreciate you taking the time to look it up!

Could be a number of different possibilities. The clock tries to synch with a server, so, either the server isn't responding, the server has the wrong time, the server sent a bad packet while the clock was synching, or your region is not set correctly.
