Anything that has resistance. I would recommend a resistance band.

Linda JoyI figured you'd be a good one to answer this, but they said "body weight" exercise, meaning you only use your own body weight for resistance. Most of the strength training exercises I know are not aerobic, and most of the cardio exercises are not usually for strength. Tae-bow is the only thing I can think of that would come close. But I haven't done that in ten years.
