Yep. As a teenager. My friends and I played a lot of truth or dare and it would escalate as we tried to outdo each other. I remember once we were out walking and saw headlights coming towards us from behind a hill. I got dared to flash them. So I did. Turns out it was a police cruiser. I would not have done that without being dared.

No. We ran. They flashed their lights but probably didn't even chase us. We still bragged to our friends about how we ran from the cops. Because we were dumb teenage hoodlums. Teenagers can be ridiculous...
