Did anyone ever have a Intensive Case Manager through mental health that takes you to doctors appointments, shopping etc ?
Well, I use to but they have done away with that service don't know why?

I do. But mostly just to appointments. She used to do more before covid. She came to see me twice a week. Now she calls more and does less f2f. Did yours quit doing that around covid time? She took me to my echocardiogram today and she will be taking me to my breast health appointment tomorrow. She helps me keep track of my appointments, medications and helps me calm down when I feel like smacking someone! haha.
