  • No, I don't remember that. We moved all the time and I only went to the hospital for an emergency. The doctor was at the doctor's office. But things are definitely changing. Several years a go telehealth was available at the VA hospital and my medical appointments are there now, so I guess my experience was the opposite. I'm thankful for the telehealth if I only have a question but they can't look at stuff on the phone. Video visits will fill that gap. And I'm very thankful I don't have to go to a hospital full of sick people just to get a prescription, but I still have to go there for my labs and infusions. In any case I think its safer, and more convenient for the patients and maybe even more streamlined and efficient.
