Even though Jimmy Carter had some economic issues he could not control he is still the second worse president. the first being Mr. Obama. Nixon was a vital instrument in the Paris peace talks which eventually lead us to leaving Vietnam. But he will not go down in history as a good nor bad president. just a disgraced one. however the most Disgraceful president we have had would probable go to Clinton or Kennedy for this sexual misconduct while in office. Probably the best president we have had post their tenure would be Jimmy Carter for all the work he has done building houses for the less fortunate Americans.
