  • Keep asking your question every few years. The answers will definitely change too

      That's a good point I hadn't considered. Thank you!

      Sure
  • No, I see the same questions get asked in many ways. One of the most popular questions on Answerbag: How do you look? What do you look like? Can you share a photo of yourself? Do you mind sharing one of your photos? If I share a photo of me, would you share a photo of yours? As you see, I don't bother reporting what appears to be a duplicate question. I'll answer most of them if I could.

That must have been the old AB! And I meant if it was the same person asking the question. Honestly I've seen the question about the boy with a mole on his left leg more than what do you look like. I'll report a duplicate if I can tell they asked it then looked for it and when it didn't show up immediately they posted it again. Mostly because it keeps the answers all on the same question.

It doesn't matter if it was from the old AB. Don't forget, this is still Answerbag. I don't know every AB'er or the time and date when questions are/were asked. Quote: "And I meant if it was the same person asking the question." Here you go stepping on mud again, since many AB'ers in the old AB used numerous accounts to ask the same questions in a different manner.
  • How silly to report your own questions. You are too funny!
    • Linda Joy
I report my accidental duplicate answers too! Why should someone else have to clean up my mess? If you wanted to keep AB tidy you'd report the spam too!

If I wanted to keep AB tidy? Lol, nobody else would have to clean up your mess if your memory was good enough to remember your posts. (I know you have a ton of answers and questions), but seriously, you can't accidentally repeat the same words as if you're spamming: "Is a question a duplicate if you say it 5 different ways? Is a question a duplicate if you say it 5 different ways? Is a question a duplicate if you say it 5 different ways? Is a question a duplicate if you say it 5 different ways? Is a question a duplicate if you say it 5 different ways?" If I were to ask a similar question, I would ask: "Is a question a duplicate if it's worded differently?" The answer is No! We all have our ways of asking questions, just like I made it clear in my other answer.
  • Only if it invites identical answers. The answer must follow logically from the question.
