I ask for help with this chore because I don't feel as if its safe for me to climb anymore because I'm top heavy and have bouts of vertigo. I also have bursitis and arthritis, so its painful as well. I still do what I can a little at a time where I can reach. But I ask for help with the hard to reach areas.
