I usually just use a card anyway. I get cash to loan to neighbors, but the only time I use change is to donate it, or at Aldi for the cart. As for the 99 cent thing I always round up anyway. And then you have to add tax here.

Rick Myres I have seen the 99 cent things like forever but when I do I think of the sales tax added to it. -
