According to a probably useless web test I took, just a little to the left side. I'm a software developer, but in college I realized that I didn't solve problems "logically" by thinking A to B to C to D. (Which gave me trouble in a lot of Computer Science and Engineering courses.) Instead, I do a lot better if I understand the whole issue, then generally mull it over until something comes out.

It is my view and some science study everyone uses right and left brain functions situationally. In this sense, there is no either/or but our mind’s faculty to function with mutual affect and effect. There is much to be said for the unfortunate 'locks' most people put on other people (or themselves) by using 'standard' identifiers as they know them. Many individuals create separations when none really exists as the brain-as-mind uses both ‘sides’ as useful cooperative 'companions.' Both, we think with both sides simultaneously. Infact, I think the more we study the brain the more we realise that the left / right separation we put on it is pretty meaningless... There's this whole thing about the left side being more organised the right side more artistic (or vice versa, whatever : P ), but really the different areas of our brain are spread out, not separated down the centre like that.
