  • The answer is *PROBABLY* not. Airbag modules have a capacitor to store electrical energy that allows them to deploy even if electrical power is severed in a crash. However, over time the capacitor will discharge and render the airbag module inert. Exactly how long that takes, I don't know. I suspect that after a day or so, the chances of it still being charged are almost nil. Good luck and be careful around airbags.
