-
I sure can, and I can run almost a mile now!
-
Yup. I can put my feet behind my head, too.
-
from standing up? or sitting down? standing up BARELY sitting down no prob...
-
Yep. It's real easy when I'm sitting in my chair.
-
Yes, it hurts my knees a bit to try it without bending them, but I can do it if I try.
-
Only if I bend my legs.
-
Yes I can. I can even put my palms on the floor without bending my knees. I am 44 years old, too! No yoga involved, but I guess I should try it as I am very flexible.
-
Yes, I can still do it, though I used to be able to stick them in my mouth when I was 1 year old.
-
Uh huh! I'm rather bendy.
-
yes i can.
-
yep easy
-
just did and that's all the excersise I'm doing today..
-
of course. *criss cross apple sauce* or all ten of them at once? i can do that too. lol.
-
yes, how do you think I get the painted? lol
-
if I bend at the knees
-
I can't even see them so I am not sure theu are still there.
-
Very easily.
-
Yes. It's even easier when I'm sitting!
-
Yup. I used to really unflexible and going to the gym has helped me slightly, so now I can do it!
-
almost. i am not very flexible.. maybe because i am really tall and skinny... i think my arms are longer than my legs or perhaps thats just my justification..
-
I'm almost 43 and can still bend over and touch my palms to the ground.
-
yep i can..pretty flexible
-
Sure. I'm sitting down. I just put one foot up over the other knee, and THERE THOSE TOES ARE.
-
Not unless i bend my legs!
-
Yes.
-
I used to be able to put the palms of my hands flat on the floor w/o bending my knees. Now I can't even touch my toes, its sad.
-
Yes!
-
How about over and touching the back :)
-
with what fun? touch my toes with what? :)
-
Try to touch them with the other feet, it is not so difficult.
-
with my feet on the floor and my knees straight i can lean over, put my hands flat on the floor and bend my elbows.
-
Yep. I just touched one to the other.
-
Yes, I can.
-
With what? My head? I can with my finger tips... if i bend my knees...
-
Probably. But I let my man servant do it for me.
-
Yes, would you like me to touch yours? ;)
-
Yes. It really bothered me when I was pregnant and couldn't do anything even remotely like it! I stretched and everything, but the whole huge-tummy thing got in the way a lot.
-
yes easily i do it all the time///
-
yepp haha. im wicked flexible i can put me feet behind my head, from my belly and behind my neck. do the splits and put my foot on the top of my head from standing..... ah--mazingg
-
Yes, I can. I do this exersise every day many times
-
I can touch beyond my toes.
-
Yes but not if i was in prison.
-
sitting down? or standing up?
-
heck no. I can't even see them. Unless I'm sitting down. I guess I should do something about that. Nah.
-
No, but I wish I could.
-
I can not only touch my toes, I can place my palms flat on the floor with my knees straight. I have been amazing people with this simple (for me) feat for years. No one can believe someone my age is that supple and limber. I credit ballet and yoga.
-
I can put my palms flat to the floor. I thank yoga.
-
With what?
-
Yes. I am not as flexible as I once was ... ever since the car accident that killed my business partners and put me in a wheelchair for months with crushed hips and some spinal damage ... but I healed and I am still a bit more flexible than the average person ... I now have a little trouble with high fast kicks to targets above my shoulder height, but just bending over is still easy enough for me, and I can do the "bend over with legs straight & feet together and double punch the floor 4 times, once to each of the eight points of an imaginary octagon around my feet"
-
No, but I am working on it.
-
Yes. good thing It's a useful skill when you need to wash out that toe jam.
-
yes and i can bring my legs over my head too!
-
I can easily touch the left toe with the left fingertips, then alternate. Will that reduce back problems?
-
YES,and I am 66 and grandmother to 11. Keep active and there is no reason you can't reach your toes till the day you pop off at a grand old age. I am keen to prove me right!!!
-
Yes. Easily.
-
Absolutely, just sit indian style and its no problem.
-
Touch, are you kidding, I can't even see my toes.
-
sure no problem
-
Yep, even when I was nine months pregnant.
-
It depends on the position, but i can do it while standing.
-
Yeah, I can touch my toes even with my palm. Can you try that?
-
yes
-
At the moment, I can't even see my toes. Hopefully in a few months, eh.
-
Can I bend my knees?
-
Yes of course, touch your toes with what? seems more fitting
-
I cant even come close..
-
Yes, standing and without bending my knees!
-
With ease.
-
I can touch my toes... standing or sitting.
-
with your beuty u can touch them 4 me ... just kidding but yeah I can touch em
-
Yes. Even though I am an old lady. Pretty agile.
-
That would not be a problem. The problem would be getting back up in the up-right position.
-
Yup, both sitting down and standing up. I'm not even flexible though. =D
-
yes
-

-

-

Yes i can. If you want to be able to touch your toes go into the normal bend to touch your toes but dont bend your legs (keep em straight) see how you do but do it everday for 3 weeks and if you do it right it should work. quick tip when you do it dont bounce the stretch :)
-
sure can. Flat hands =]
-
Yes I can touch my toes. This has always amazed me that there are some people that can't do this I guess blame it in the tight Hamstrings.
-
Yup easily....
-
I have to every six month. I actually have to prove it for my physical fitness tests.
-
yes... i imagine that one day it may take a little bend of the knees :(
-
Yes but bending my knees hehe :)
-
yes, but then I'm a dancer, so I'm more flexible than i would be otherwise
-
indeed i can
-
sure
-
yup. with me knees bent :P
-
Of Course! i Can.
-
Indeed I can.
-
why is it so hard for people to touch their toes? Its easy...unless you have a heart condition hit the gym more or at least do some power walks. Stretching out is slow motion and feels good, that will help.
-
Almost :/ lol
-
yes if u stretch, but i could do it
-
I can not only touch my toes , but I'm 63 and can touch my toes with my fingertips then slide my palm down and touch with the end of my wrist, keep limber it is great for you.
-
I sure can. I was in tumbling growing up so I can actually put my hands on the floor. Some people might be doing this wrong. You have to bend you knees just a little so you dont pass out.
-
only if I am holding a yardstick or other long object.
-
Yes, but sometimes I can't if my tendons (Achilles) are cold and unused.
-
Yup. And after I warm up a little I can touch my knuckles to the floor.
