Legally you can't drink if you're under 21. They will ask for ID. You can probably get in the door most places but if you go to the bar to order you will most probably get carded. -
Yes, they have clubs that are 18& over they mark you in some way at the door. A few bars I know of will not let you in if you are under 21.

The answer is yes, but this depends on the type of liquor license the establishment has. Some licenses only permit 21+. Some permit different ages at different times. Some permit different ages depending on what entertainment is being offered.
